Phase I included the installation of eight potable water wells to serve the Vistancia Master Planned Community. Seven wells were remotely located and designated as remote well sites. The eighth well is located at the Zone 4/5 Reservoir and Booster Facility. Each well site includes a vertical turbine well pump and motor, well discharge piping, valves, magnetic flow meter, supply piping, pump-to-waste piping, electrical power supply equipment, instrumentation and controls (coordinated with City of Peoria SCADA system), stormwater retention facilities, and appurtenances.
