Chandler Water, Wastewater and Water Resources Master Plan

This project was the City of Chandler’s first comprehensive water, wastewater, and reclaimed water master plan. The project consisted of utilizing GIS based land use information to establish Water and Wastewater flow projections throughout the City. Computer models were then developed of the water distribution system and the sewer collection system to identify required pipe sizes and alignments. The reclaimed water master plan focused on identifying reclaimed water users in the southern areas of the City and planning a reclaimed water distribution network to serve the potential users. The planned water, wastewater, and reclaimed infrastructure identified in the master plan has been constructed and is currently providing the citizens of Chandler reliable water, sewer, and reclaimed water service.
