24th Street WTP Rehabilitation Project

Wilson completed an assessment and detailed design for the rehabilitation of the 24th Street WTP. Phase one involved collecting asset information and conducting field assessments while coordinating with plant staff to evaluate equipment condition and reliability, which helped develop the rehabilitation priorities. The evaluation focused on the concrete basins and the flocculation and sedimentation equipment. The team conducted a thorough investigation aimed at extending the life of the existing concrete basins by identifying localized repairs and protective coatings. Wilson utilized the City’s CRV-Model for the project recommendations. The design phase included improvements to the existing facilities as outlined by the asset condition team.
