With over 200 professionals in Arizona and Nevada, Wilson offers infrastructure solutions for the water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and construction administration markets. In January 2023, Wilson Engineers, a multidiscipline consulting engineering firm, announced a strategic partnership with Trilon Group (Trilon), a family of infrastructure consulting firms operating throughout the United States. This partnership represents a significant milestone for both companies, offering accelerated growth potential, a shared culture and values, and the capability to provide services within a family of companies.
After joining forces with Trilon, Wilson acquired RO Anderson (July 2024), adding office locations in Nevada. We welcomed over 35 employees from this partnership, which aligns seamlessly with our strategic vision for growth and market leadership and extends our reach in the Southwest.
Trilon aims to bring together the nation’s best engineering and planning firms in transportation, water and environmental, community and municipal infrastructure, energy facilities and utilities, and project delivery and construction management. This approach unites local knowledge with national collaboration and technical expertise, which delivers stronger client outcomes and supports more meaningful career growth for our people. By 2030, Trilon aims to build a Top 5-10 infrastructure consulting firm known for delivering practical and sustainable solutions.
