A Personal Note
A proud native Nevadan, Frankie is deeply committed to improving the lives of people in her community. She serves on the Board of the Nevada Women’s Fund, where she helps promote opportunities for women throughout northern Nevada. Outside of her professional work, Frankie is an avid reader and documentary lover who enjoys cooking for her family and spending quality time, often at sporting events, with her husband and son.

Frankie is an experienced business development and marketing professional with 15 years in the AEC industry. With a strong background in engineering, public works, and infrastructure, she has a deep passion for the water and wastewater sector. She excels at connecting technical teams with public agencies throughout northern Nevada, helping align solutions with community needs. A trusted advisor to leadership, she is known for her strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and understanding of public infrastructure challenges. As a proud alum of the University of Nevada, Reno’s Reynolds School of Journalism, Frankie is also an active member of SMPS and APWA, driven by a commitment to collaboration, building connections, and helping clients meet their goals.
