Rob is a licensed professional engineer in Nevada, California, Washington, Missouri, and Texas, with over 41 years of experience in water and wastewater projects for both public and private clients. He is recognized for successfully managing complex projects with conflicting objectives, even under difficult regulatory conditions.
As Project Manager for the firm’s Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the National Park Service, he has coordinated a diverse team of design professionals, including historic architects, engineers, and environmental scientists. His diligent project management has enabled clients to complete complex projects in sensitive environments, often within tight deadlines. Additionally, Rob is involved in Nevada water rights analysis, permitting, and providing expert testimony in legal proceedings.
Engineering has always been about solving complex challenges and making a lasting impact, one that you can see, and that is what I enjoy most about this profession. A Personal Note
Rob loves immersing himself in the stunning beauty of the Western landscape, always eager to find new places and outdoor experiences. He and his wife also treasure the excitement of watching their grandchildren compete in sports, a true family highlight. As a devoted baseball fan, Rob proudly cheers on his beloved World Series champions, the Dodgers, whenever he can. When he’s not following the game, you’ll often see him enjoying the fresh air and staying active outdoors.
