Sean Zimmerman, PE

Project Manager - Water / Wastewater

Sean Zimmerman earned his BS from Northern Arizona University and his MS from Arizona State University, both in Environmental Engineering. Sean has extensive experience delivering projects from conceptual design through construction administrative services and project closeout. Throughout his career, Sean has served either as Project Manager or Lead Project Engineer on numerous projects, working with municipalities and utilities across several states. In recent years, Sean relocated from his home state of Arizona to northern Nevada, where he serves as a Project Manager leading a team of design engineers to execute projects and drive business development and client networking efforts, aligning with Wilson’s vision and strategy for growth.

Since joining the Wilson Engineers family in 2018, I have had the privilege of witnessing the company's impressive growth from a mid-sized Phoenix-based firm to its current status—a national organization poised to become one of the industry leaders in the Southwest. Growing alongside my friends and colleagues at Wilson and learning from some of the best in the industry has been an invaluable experience, and I look forward to what the future holds for Wilson.

A Personal Note

Sean is an avid traveler who has visited over 20 countries. He loves to cook, snowboard, hike, and spend quality time with his family and friends. Sean enjoys exploring new restaurants and trying new experiences with his lovely wife, Negin, and his Rhodesian Ridgeback son, Misha.
