Our Team

Innovators solving complex challenges with smart engineering

A Personal Note

As a native Nevadan, I’m deeply connected to the community I serve, contributing my time through committees dedicated to strengthening our region. Outside of work, my life centers around my family, friends, and our golden doodle, Dutton, who’s always ready for the next adventure. I stay actively involved in my kids’ lives, supporting their sports and school activities whenever I can. I also make the most of Nevada’s great outdoors—there’s nothing I enjoy more than camping and off-roading with my kids as we explore the incredible landscapes our state offers.

Partnering with public agencies and private entities to improve the infrastructure serving our communities is what motivates me. Every project is a chance to give back to the region where my family and I live, ensuring that our public systems remain strong, resilient, and ready for the future.
