The Problem:

The project aimed to assist the developer in preparing affordable housing documentation for an application to the Nevada Housing Division for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The program deadlines were very tight, and the client requested this assistance without specifying a particular location for the proposed project.

The Solution:

First, a site was decided as the optimum location for this proposed project. After the client secured this site, the necessary civil and planning documentation was prepared for submission to the Nevada Housing Division.

The Results:

Final approvals for the development were received, and the property began to welcome tenants.
