Wilson provided project and construction management (PM/CM) services for the rehabilitation work at the Neely WRP facility. This included the construction of a new return activated sludge (RAS) and waste activated sludge (WAS) pump station, the addition of new disc filters along with a new filter structure, and the removal and replacement of the oxidation ditch rotor equipment. Wilson’s services encompassed design review, assessment and evaluation of the CMAR’s cost models and guaranteed maximum prices (GMPs), on-site construction inspections, special inspections, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) oversight, tracking shop drawings and requests for information (RFIs), coordination with multiple A/E firms, review of contractor payment requests and schedules, and communication with the Town’s engineering and operations staff.
