Crossroads Lift Station and Force Mains
The Crossroads East Sewer Lift Station has dual force mains to serve an area of State land adjacent to Hayden Road and the Loop 101 Freeway. A recent planned unit development (PUD) was approved, enabling high-density development in the area, which necessitated updating the City’s wastewater system master plan to accommodate the increased wastewater flows. The master plan included the gravity sewer, lift station, and dual force mains, all of which connected to the City of Scottsdale Water Campus, as well as the design of wastewater pipes and casings beneath the Hayden Road and Loop 101 interchange that had already been constructed.
