The City of Phoenix initiated the Drought Resiliency Program to augment potential future surface water shortages with alternate reliable sources of groundwater. Wilson has been retained to assist the City with siting the new production wells, completing modeling efforts (including hydrogeological modeling), evaluating the potential impacts of the new wells, and overseeing and coordinating with several stakeholders for the drilling and testing, as well as the rehabilitation of existing wells.
